Cantor BioConnect Acquired by Prairie Capital

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Cantor BioConnect, to Prairie Capital. The acquisition closed April 17, 2026.

Based in San Diego, California, Cantor BioConnect is a contract research organization specializing in the procurement and delivery of high-quality clinical biospecimens for the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. The company supports medical research and assay development by sourcing a wide range of ethically collected materials, including human serum and plasma, tissues, antibodies, and other clinical specimens used in testing, validation, and product development. Through partnerships with certified laboratories and research sites, Cantor BioConnect helps organizations access hard-to-obtain samples under strict regulatory and IRB-compliant protocols. Its work plays a key role in enabling the development and refinement of diagnostic tools and life-saving medical technologies worldwide.
