Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Canton, Ohio, Affinity Advisory Network, LLC supports a nationwide network of agents and advisors serving clients throughout the United States. Affinity has developed proprietary advisor training systems, lead generation infrastructure and client relationship management tools designed to support scalable growth and recurring client engagement.

Headquartered in New York, New York, Stark Novus Financial Inc., formerly known as Nu Ride Inc. and Lordstown Motors Corp., is a publicly traded company that emerged from bankruptcy in March 2024. In addition to its other activities, including resolving claims and pursuing, settling, or otherwise disposing of retained causes of action, the company has been exploring potential business opportunities, including strategic alternatives and business combinations.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Central Region – Michael Goss, and his team led by Senior Managing Director, M&A, Jerry Yocum and Managing Director, M&A, Ryan Johnson successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director and Group Leader, David Robinson and Senior M&A Advisor, Rob McCleland established the initial relationship with Affinity Advisory Network, LLC.
