Before joining Generational, Ms. Bailon held senior leadership positions at several top-tier financial institutions. She spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in New York, where she rose to the rank of Managing Director. There, she specialized in advising newly public companies and led numerous IPO and capital raise initiatives across multiple sectors. Her background also includes serving as Managing Director at a boutique M&A advisory firm, where she guided middle-market clients through complex transactions and strategic growth opportunities.

In addition to her advisory experience, Ms. Bailon has served as Head of Investor Relations at two publicly traded companies, including one based in Switzerland, where she managed global shareholder communications, regulatory disclosures, and institutional investor engagement. This dual perspective—on both the advisory and corporate sides—gives her a well-rounded understanding of the financial and operational dynamics business owners face when preparing for an exit or capital event.

Ms. Bailon is especially skilled at working with founders, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses navigating key inflection points. Whether advising on an exit, acquisition, restructuring, wealth management, or growth equity strategy, she offers strategic insight rooted in decades of Wall Street experience.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and International Business with Honors in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
