We are pleased to announce our client, Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers, LLC, joined forces with DeSimone Consulting Engineering Group, LLC on April 24, 2020.
Located in Houston, Texas, Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers (Henderson Rogers) is a structural engineering firm specializing in aviation, education, commercial, sports and healthcare facilities. The company was established in 2005, and since that time has worked on over 3,300 projects for over 400 clients.
Henderson Rogers, a WBE firm, will continue to be led by founding principal and President K. Elaine Rogers. Henderson Rogers’ presence in Texas positions the two companies to expand structural engineering, facades and forensics work in Houston and the Southwest.
DeSimone Consulting Engineering Group (DeSimone) was founded in New York City in 1969, and provides high-quality structural engineering, façade consulting, and forensic services for all types of buildings, as well as construction and environmental risk management.
With offices in the United States, South America, and the Middle East, DeSimone is known for providing each client with personal, dedicated, and inspiring engineering solutions. To date, DeSimone has designed over 10,000 projects in 44 states and 46 countries.
“Our team welcomes the opportunity to leverage the resources and service lines of the DeSimone platform in Texas,” said K. Elaine Rogers.
“We believe this move significantly increases our collective ability to provide value at all points in the lifecycle of our clients’ projects.”
“We are excited about the alignment with Henderson Rogers to power additional growth in Texas,” said Stephen DeSimone, President and CEO of DeSimone Consulting Engineers.
“We have continued to scale our business to provide new services and reach new clients, and this move further advances our ability to provide superior engineering services across all regions and service lines.”
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, supported by Senior Vice President Julio Dominguez successfully assisted the process. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with Henderson Rogers.
“From the outset of this process we felt that DeSimone could add value to the Henderson Rogers organization,” said Dominguez.
“I am glad that I was able to help co-owners Elaine and Matt align with DeSimone in this very uncertain economic environment.”
