Generational Equity, LLC is a Dallas-based Mergers & Acquisitions firm that works with Middle Market business owners who are contemplating a sale of their company or seeking M&A opportunities.

Role Summary

The Analyst will support the Valuation Managers and Senior Associates on a wide variety of business valuation and consulting engagements in a range of industries. They will perform industry and market analysis, reflect all client interaction in the CRM, data entry, and assist as needed with client deliverables. The ability to quickly grasp key concepts and pay attention to detail is essential.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform Company, Industry and Market/Economic research
• Key in financials, tax returns, and other operational data of companies into spreadsheets
• Update CRM as needed

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word and Excel)
• A high degree of professionalism and excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written) is required
• Demonstrates strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as proficient follow through skills
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
