Generational Group is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive new client acquisition, generate qualified leads, and fuel revenue growth across our divisions.
The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketer and skilled copywriter with a hands-on mindset, a passion for building campaigns that deliver results, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners. This is a visible, results-driven role at the heart of our growth engine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive new client acquisition and overall revenue growth.
- Assist in planning and executing the Generational YouTube channel strategy and other targeted digital marketing initiatives.
- Identify and implement new and emerging digital technologies to attract and convert leads into clients.
- Write and develop compelling content for marketing campaigns across relevant digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and optimize digital marketing plans.
- Social Media Management
- Develop and manage the marketing calendar across all social media platforms, including paid social.
- Create new social content to build brand awareness, increase followers, and support revenue growth.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate and collaborate with digital vendor partners.
- Hold vendors accountable to Generational standards and maximize ROI from digital marketing investments.
- Website & Content Management
- Assist in the content management of the company website using a CMS platform.
- Ensure website content is aligned with marketing objectives and optimized for lead generation.
- Lead Generation & Strategic Initiatives
- Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)and Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to implement digital lead generation strategies aligned with the company’s priority revenue plan.
- Lead the development and execution of a more effective digital marketing strategy to support:
- Conference registrations
- Private Client Group (PCG) lead generation
- Lead generation for Generational Consulting Group (GCG), Generational Wealth Advisors (GWA), and other business units.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and track the performance of campaigns.
- Continuously refine strategies to improve success rates and accelerate opportunity development.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing performance and insights.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and cross-functional partners.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance digital marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proven track record in lead generation, social media marketing, content marketing, and digital campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics tools, and paid media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting experience.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Compensation
- $55k – $60k + benefits
