The Client Experience Coordinator is a part of the Client Experience team and plays an important role at Generational Group. The Client Experience Coordinator provides administrative support to the Client Experience Team by monitoring client accounts, collecting client information, conducting client journey quality control, providing client portal assistance, and providing client support to help ensure a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manages administrative support duties for the Client Experience Team
  • Provides direct client support by answering questions, collecting information, and assisting with the client portal (typically via phone and email)
  • Schedules client meetings for Client Experience Managers
  • Monitors client accounts and reviews client records to ensure accuracy
  • Conducts quality control reviews for Client Experience Team
  • Face and Voice for Generational Group as the backup receptionist

Key Competencies

  • 5+ Years of Client/Customer Service experience and Administrative Support experience
